vayaSupa is a convenient fuel delivery service that brings fuel directly to your location. We deliver diesel and petrol to homes, businesses, and vehicles across South Africa.

Simply place an order through our app, select your fuel type and quantity, choose your delivery location, and we'll bring the fuel directly to you within 30-45 minutes.

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 10 minutes after placement. After that, please contact our support team for assistance.

We offer unleaded petrol and diesel. All fuel meets South African quality standards and comes from certified suppliers.

You can track your order in multiple ways:

• Real-time Driver Tracking: See your driver's live location on the map
• Order Status Updates: Order Confirmed → Driver Assigned → En Route → Delivered
• SMS Notifications: Receive text updates at each delivery stage
• ETA Information: See estimated delivery time and distance

All tracking information is available in the Order Details screen after placing your order.

We currently deliver to several regions. Delivery areas, fees and times vary by location. Check the Delivery Areas section in-app or enter your address during checkout to confirm availability.

Delivery times vary by location (generally 25-55 minutes depending on area). Express delivery may be available in select areas for an additional fee.

Yes — you can schedule deliveries up to 7 days in advance. Select your preferred delivery time slot when placing your order.

You can authorize someone else to receive the delivery, or you can leave your fuel cap open and we'll fill your tank while you're away. Alternatively contact support to coordinate.

Check delivery availability in the app under Profile → Delivery Areas, enter your address at checkout, or contact our support team via WhatsApp or email for assistance.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash on delivery, and digital wallets. All card payments are processed securely.

Yes, the minimum order is 20 liters for diesel and 25 liters for unleaded.
