Before Delivery
Prepare Your Vehicle
Ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, well-ventilated area away from buildings, traffic, and ignition sources. Turn off the engine and remove the keys.
Clear the Area
Remove any flammable materials, debris, or obstacles from around the fuel tank area. Ensure there are no smoking materials or open flames nearby.
Check Weather Conditions
Fuel delivery should not occur during thunderstorms, high winds, or other severe weather conditions. Postpone delivery if weather is unfavorable.
Driver Verification
Always verify the driver's identity and credentials before allowing fuel transfer. Our drivers carry official identification and wear branded uniforms.
During Delivery
Stay at a Safe Distance
Maintain a distance of at least 3 meters (10 feet) from the vehicle during fuel transfer. Do not smoke, use phones, or create any sparks.
No Distractions
Avoid using mobile phones, smoking, or any activities that could cause distractions during the fuel transfer process.
Monitor the Process
Keep an eye on the fuel transfer process. If you notice any spills or irregularities, immediately alert the driver and move to a safe distance.
Emergency Stop
Know where the emergency fuel shut-off is located. In case of emergency, immediately stop the fuel transfer and move to a safe distance.
After Delivery
Inspect the Area
After fuel transfer is complete, check for any spills or leaks. Ensure the fuel cap is securely fastened before starting the vehicle.
Ventilate the Area
Allow fresh air to circulate around the vehicle for a few minutes before entering. Fuel vapors can be hazardous in enclosed spaces.
Safe Driving
Wait at least 2 minutes after fuel delivery before starting your vehicle. Drive carefully and avoid harsh acceleration immediately after fueling.
Report Incidents
Report any safety concerns, incidents, or near-misses to our support team immediately. Your feedback helps us maintain the highest safety standards.
Emergency Procedures
Fire Emergency
In case of fire: Stop the fuel transfer immediately, move away from the vehicle, and call emergency services 10111. Do NOT attempt to extinguish fuel fires with water.
Fuel Spill Emergency
If fuel spills: Evacuate the area immediately, avoid creating sparks, and contact emergency services. Do not attempt to clean up large spills yourself.
Medical Emergency
If anyone experiences dizziness, nausea, or breathing difficulties from fuel vapors, move to fresh air immediately and seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
